Removing Categories or Filters from a Service Listing

Filters and categories have been added to each service to allow for users to effectively search or filter and find relevant services for recommendation to clients. The values of these filters and categories may need to be changed or removed from time to time. 

To remove a category or a filter value that has been assigned to a service you must been logged in as a platform administrator, and then 'masquerade' as an administrator inside the relevant business portal. 

Once inside the business portal navigate using the main menu on left hand side. Select Online Bookings and then Monash Health. Select the middle Services tab and each of the services (promotions) will be listed. For each service click the menu button under Assign to category / Assign to filters" and uncheck the checkbox beside the selected options to remove the category or filter.

Remember to update the page at the bottom to save your changes.
