Resend customer feedback email

Resend customer feedback email

Customers may not receive a feedback survey email for a few reasons: the system sends only one request per service, so repeat customers won't receive another; if your service requires check-in and the customer wasn't checked in by the time the email was scheduled, the system assumes they didn't attend and skips the email; or the customer's email client may have blocked delivery.

Before You Start: 

  1. Customer feedback emails must be enabled to resend. 

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Go to Sales > Bookings, in the left menu. 
  2. Search and locate the booking. 
  3. Click the ••• button next to open the booking detail. 
  4. Click on the chat icon to Resend feedback. 
The customer will receive a feedback email.
