Resend the booking confirmation
If a customer hasn't received their booking confirmation, you can resend it directly from the booking. The resent email is identical to the original confirmation — no additional information is included.
Step-by-step instructions
- In the left navigation menu, go to Schedule > Calendar.
- Find and click on the booking you want to resend the confirmation for.
- Click the open envelope icon to resend the confirmation email.
A message will appear confirming the email has been resent. You can also verify this by opening the History tab on the booking, where the resent confirmation will be recorded.
📝 Note: The resent confirmation is identical to the original email sent at the time of booking. It does not include any updated or additional information.
