Resetting your password
Follow these steps to reset your Nabooki password and get back into your account.
Before You Start:
- You'll need access to the Nabooki Merchant Login Page here.
Step-by-step instructions:
- Go to the Nabooki merchant login page.
- Click Forgot your password? below the login fields.
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- Click Send Password Reset Instructions.
- Go to your email inbox and pen the Your Password Reset Link email.
- Click the Reset Password button in the email.
- Enter your new password, confirm it, then click Save.
- Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.
📝 Note: If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
⚠️ Warning: If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your account, you won't be able to reset your password using this method. Contact Nabooki support for help.
