Resetting your password

Follow these steps to reset your Nabooki password and get back into your account.

Before You Start: 
  1. You'll need access to the Nabooki Merchant Login Page here.

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Go to the Nabooki merchant login page.
  2. Click Forgot your password? below the login fields.
  3. Enter the email address linked to your account.
  4. Click Send Password Reset Instructions.
  5. Go to your email inbox and pen the Your Password Reset Link email.
  6. Click the Reset Password button in the email.
  7. Enter your new password, confirm it, then click Save.
  8. Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.


📝 Note: If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

⚠️ Warning: If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your account, you won't be able to reset your password using this method. Contact Nabooki support for help.
