Respond to customer reviews 

You can respond to customer reviews (feedback emails) three ways on Nabooki. This article walks you through the steps to respond to reviews. 

Before You Start: 
  1. Customer reviews (feedback emails) need to be enabled to respond. 

Respond from Reviews Section

  1.  Go to CRM > Reviews.
  2. Locate the review you want to reply to.
  3. Click the ••• button next to the review.
  4. Select Respond to write your reply.

Respond from Booking Detail 

  1.  Go to Sales > Bookings.
  2. Search for the booking you want to view. 
  3. Open the Booking by clicking on the booking or View Booking. 
  4.  Click the Review tab on the booking detail. 
  5. Select Respond to respond to the booking. 

Respond from Email Notification 

  1. From your inbox, open the review notification. 
  2. Click Respond. 
  3. The reviewer will be notified of your reply unless you choose to:
  1. Do not publish this response — your reply won’t appear publicly on the reviews widget.
  2. Do not notify the customer — your reply is published but the customer receives no notification.
