Search for a booking

You can search for a customer's booking from two places in Nabooki — the Calendar or the Bookings Page. Both let you search by name, email, phone number, or Booking ID.

Search from the Bookings Page

  1. Go to Sales > Bookings.
  2. In the search field on the right-hand side of the screen, type the customer's name, email, phone number, or Booking ID.
  3. The relevant booking will appear. 
  4. You can click on the booking to edit. 






Search from the Calendar

  1. Go to Schedule > Calendar.
  2. In the search field on the right-hand side of the screen, type the customer's name, email, phone number, or Booking ID.
  3. Results appear as you type. 
  4. Click on a result to view the booking details.
