Switch to annual plan
These steps are specific to the customers who would like to switch to the annual plan, following the recent price increase update. Please follow the steps below.
Before You Start:
- You'll need account owner access to change your plan and pricing.
Step-by-step instructions:
- In your account, click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Billing from the menu.
- Make sure you are on the View Plan tab.
- Under Change Your Plan, toggle the button from Monthly to Annual.
- Click the plan dropdown and select your current plan.
If the price doesn't match your current price, you can ignore this as we've locked in your pricing in the backend. Please ensure you select your current plan, if you change your plan you will be charged the new pricing.
- Choose to Change your plan for the next billing period.
- Click Update to save.
📝Note: Please make sure you select your current plan when you make the switch, we have locked in your price on your existing plan only.
⚠️ Warning: If you change to another plan, you will be charged the new rates and we cannot reverse this or the charges.
