Understanding Nabooki plans, billing and fees

This article explains how Nabooki plans and billing work, including what is included in each plan, how your subscription is charged, and whether any booking fees apply.


Nabooki subscription plans

You can choose from Starter, Accelerate or Powerhouse plan, and move between them at any time. Each plan comes with all of Nabooki's features, unlimited seats, onboarding and support. Our only restriction is on the number of bookings made per month.

Plan comparison

  1. Starter is great for small or start-up businesses with less than 200 bookings per month. 
  2. Accelerate is built for growing or medium-sized business that typically take less than 1200 bookings per month. 
  3. Powerhouse is built for larger businesses that may have a high-volume of customers, and take up to 5000 bookings per month.

📝 Note: We don't limit any features on our plans, so you'll have access to all features no matter what plan you choose. 

Free Plan
If your trial ends and you decide not to continue with a paid subscription, your account moves to the Nabooki Free Plan. The Free Plan gives you access to a fully functional offline booking system at no cost.
What is included:
  1. Full calendar access - manage and schedule bookings manually
  2. Customer database (CRM) - store customer details for future use
  3. Reminder emails - send booking reminders to customers by email
What is not included:
  1. Online bookings - customers cannot book through your booking widget or website

Booking Fees

Nabooki does not charge any booking fees or commissions on your sales. You only pay for your subscription plan - there are no per-booking charges or hidden fees.

Optional additional costs:

  1. Online payments - If you enable online payments, your payment gateway provider (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Square) will charge a small processing fee per transaction. These fees are set by your provider and vary by region.
  2. SMS notifications - If you use automated SMS reminders or confirmations, SMS credits can be purchased separately within your Nabooki account.
  3. Bokun integration - If you decide to use Bókun for OTA intergration or Channel Management, they will charge a booking fee of 0.95% per booking.

How billing works

Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. At the end of your free trial, the subscription fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

To view your plan details, billing history, or update your payment method:
  1. Log into your Nabooki account.
  2. Go to Billing in your Nabooki account menu.
  3. View your current plan, upcoming renewal date, and past invoices.
  4. Update your payment details if needed.
You can change your plan at any time from the Billing page.
