Six access levels control what each person can see and do in your Nabooki account. Choose the level when you add a user under Settings > Users.
Four levels build on each other for everyday work. Finance sits alongside them as a specialist level, and Manager covers everything.
| Everyday, step 1 Read-only | Everyday, step 2 Staff | Everyday, step 3 Super-Staff | Everyday, step 4 Operations | Specialist Finance Money and reporting |
| Manager Everything in Operations and Finance, plus account administration | ||||
Finance is not a step above Operations. It is a narrower level focused on money, with no booking or service configuration access.
Read-only Front-line staff who need to see what is on and check guests in, without changing anything.
| Staff Staff who run their own bookings. This is the only level limited to one staff member's diary.
|
Super-Staff Counter and visitor-facing staff working across the whole team rather than one diary.
| Operations Supervisors who configure what is sold and when it runs.
|
Finance The person who looks after the money. No booking creation or service configuration.
| Manager Full system access. Reserved for owners and senior management.
|
A tick means the level can use that part of Nabooki. On a narrow screen, scroll sideways to see every level.

Only a Manager can manage users Adding, editing and removing users is restricted to the Manager level. Every other level can see the account but not change who has access. | Staff see only their own diary Staff is the only level tied to a single staff member. Every other level sees bookings across the whole team. |
Everyone can change their own password All six levels can update their own password and view their own account details. | One level per user A user has a single access level at a time. Changing it replaces the previous level rather than adding to it. |
Permissions can be tailored per account by the Nabooki support team. If a level is close but not quite right for someone, contact support.
