The Agenda view gives you a chronological list of upcoming bookings, making it easy to see what's on without navigating a full calendar layout. This article explains how the Agenda view works and walks you through using it to manage your bookings.
The Agenda view is a list-style view in your Nabooki calendar. Instead of displaying bookings on a grid, it shows them in order by date and time — one after the other — so you can scan what's coming up at a glance.
It displays bookings across all your services, staff, and locations, with filters available to narrow down what you're looking at. It's particularly useful for businesses that prefer a simple, linear format over a full calendar grid — or for quickly actioning booking requests and waitlists without switching between views.
Each booking in the Agenda view is colour-coded by status:
The Status column also shows a count for each type, so you can see at a glance how many confirmed bookings, requests, and pencilled-in bookings you have.
💡 Tip: The Agenda view is a good place to check for active waitlists. If a confirmed booking cancels and you have customers on the waitlist, you can action the waitlist directly from this view.
The Agenda View includes colour-coded icons next to each schedule to indicate different booking statuses:
🟢 Confirmed bookings
🔴 Unconfirmed booking requests
🟠 Waitlisted bookings
🔵 Pencilled-in bookings
This allows you to quickly identify schedules that need action.
