Viewing Agent Information

Viewing Agent Information

Overview

Agents on Nabooki may distribute and sell on behalf of multiple operators. Each agent maintains their own business profile within their Nabooki account, keeping their details up to date in one central place.

As a merchant, you can view an agent's business information directly from your Agents page — no need to contact the agent separately for their details.

How to View an Agent's Information

  1. Log in to your Nabooki merchant account
  2. Navigate to Marketplace > Agents in the left-hand menu
  3. Locate the agent you want to view from the Agents list
  4. Click on the agent's row to open their information panel on the right-hand side of the screen

The panel slides out and displays the agent's full profile without leaving the page.

What You Can See

An Edit commission per service → link is displayed, taking you directly to the commission management page for that agent.

An Open Agent Settings → link is available to navigate directly to the full Agent Settings page if you need to make changes.
