What are categories?

Please note: Setup must be complete to use categories. It is also useful to have multiple services already setup.

Categories can be used to organise your services. They are not mandatory and can be used to create an extra level of selection to help your customers navigate through the booking tool. This is useful when you have a large number of services to offer that can be grouped together.

Using the left navigation menu, go to > Setup > Services > press the '...' button > Edit > General tab > More details > Add new category
