What is the booking ID in the customer booking?
Each booking has a unique booking ID which can be used to search for the customer or identify the booking.
This ID can also used by customers to change or cancel their booking online.
The booking ID can be found by the customer in the confirmation email that they will have received when they made their booking. It can also be found by the merchant in the Booking confirmation email they would have received when the booking was made. It can also be found within the calendar by selecting the relevant booking.
