Businesses need different options when to notify their customers of bookings. This is why you can manage email and SMS notifications.
Using the left navigation menu, go to > Setup > Notifications
Email notifications
New booking notifications can be sent to Business email, Staff email or Both. Your business email is generally your main business contact email address and the staff email is for the staff member associated with the relevant service.
Send a summary of daily bookings - you can choose to receive your daily summary bookings via email that will contain all the details of bookings for the chosen period and time (today or tomorrow).
SMS notifications
New booking notifications can be sent to either a Business Mobile or Staff mobile.
Advanced SMS options can be found in the More details section as shown below. Last-minute SMS notifications allow you to receive an SMS only when a booking is made within the time period you define.
Please note an email reminder will be sent to your customers within 48 hours of their booking time. Two email reminders will be sent if your cancellation policy requires a longer notice. For example, if your cancellation policy is 7 days, the first email reminder will be sent 8 days before the booking time, with the second one to follow within 48 hours of booking time.
An option on customer notification page will also allow customers to choose receiving booking confirmations by SMS or both email and SMS.
