How to Manage Your Business Details in Nabooki


The Business Details section in Nabooki allows you to store key company information, including your business name, website, and logo. While these fields are optional, keeping them up to date can be beneficial for branding and system integrations.

Why Should You Complete Your Business Details?

Branding & Customisation: By default, the Nabooki logo appears on your booking widget. Uploading your business logo ensures customers see your branding when booking.
Marketplace Listings: If your business is listed on a Nabooki-powered marketplace, your website URL will be displayed on your profile.
Support & Integration: Having your website URL available helps our support team understand how you integrate Nabooki and assist with widget customisation.


Access the Business Details Section

1️⃣ Navigate to Settings > Business Details from the left-hand menu.
2️⃣ The following fields can be updated:

  • Business Name – Ensure this matches your registered or trading name.
  • Website URL – If you have a business website, enter the full address (e.g., https://yourwebsite.com).
  • Social Media – You can add your social media page URLs into the relevant fields.
  • Logo – Upload your company logo to replace the default Nabooki logo.

1️⃣ Click Upload New.
2️⃣ Select a high-quality image file (JPG or PNG format recommended).
3️⃣ Adjust the positioning if needed using the cropping tool.
4️⃣ Click

Troubleshooting & FAQs

Do I need to complete all the fields in Business Details?
No, most fields are optional, but uploading a logo is highly recommended for branding. If you’re listed on a Nabooki-powered marketplace, ensure your website URL is correct.
Why is the Nabooki logo still showing on my booking widget?
Your booking widget may still be using the default settings. Ensure you’ve uploaded your logo under Settings > Business Details, then check out How to Customise Your Booking Widget for further customisation options.
Can I update my business name in this section?
Yes, but note that this does not change your account ownership details. If you need to update the official registered business name, please contact support.
