How to Cancel a Single Scheduled Session or Event


If you need to cancel a single occurrence of a scheduled session without affecting the entire recurring schedule, follow the steps below. This is useful for one-off changes such as public holidays, staff unavailability, or low attendance.

Step 1: Locate the Scheduled Session

1️⃣ Log into your Nabooki account.
2️⃣ Click Schedule from the left-hand menu.
3️⃣ Select Calendar and navigate to the date of the session.
4️⃣ Click on the scheduled session you want to cancel.




Step 2: Delete the Session

1️⃣ In the session details window, click Delete Schedule.
2️⃣ If the session has existing bookings, a confirmation message will appear.
3️⃣ Click Yes to delete the session.

WarningIf the session contains existing bookings, all affected customers will automatically receive a cancellation notification.

👉 If you do not want customers to receive a cancellation notification, you must first manually cancel or move each individual booking before deleting the schedule.

Can I cancel a session without notifying customers?

Can I reinstate a deleted session?
No, once a session is deleted, it cannot be restored. You will need to manually create a new session if needed.
