Cancel bookings in bulk

You can cancel multiple bookings at once from the Bookings page, without having to open and cancel each one individually.

📝 Note: You can also cancel bookings from the Customers page, but searching the customers name and selecting the bookings to cancel on their profile. 

Before You Start
  1. Only active bookings can be selected for bulk cancellation. This includes bookings with a status of Confirmed, Pending, or Pencilled-in.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Go to Sales > Bookings.
  2. Select the Upcoming Bookings tab.
  3. Select the bookings you want to cancel.
  4. Click Cancel Bookings.

⚠️ Warning: Bulk cancellation only applies to bookings shown on the current page. If the customer has bookings across multiple pages, you'll need to repeat this process for each page.

Will customers be notified when I cancel their bookings?
Yes, if customer notifications are enabled in your settings, they will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
Can I cancel all bookings for a specific schedule or time slot?

Can customers cancel their own bookings in bulk?

No, customers can only cancel their bookings one at a time via their booking confirmation email or customer portal.
