Change or cancel a booking
Change or cancel a booking in Nabooki
If a booking needs to be cancelled or changed, follow the instructions below.
In all cases, it is easier to change a booking rather than cancel and recreate a booking. Cancelled bookings cannot be re-instated, they have to be manually created again.
How to change a booking
- Go to Sales > Bookings.
- Find the customer booking by searching the customer details.
- Click on the context menu (three-dots) and click view booking.

- At the bottom of the booking window, you can click to change the booking.

- Within the Change booking window, update the changed details (date, service, number of people etc)
- Click Change booking to save and update.
How to cancel a booking
If you are cancelling the booking, next to change booking is the Cancel Booking button.
- Click on the cancel booking button.
- Fill out any relevant comments or notes to the customer.
- Ensure you choose to notify the customer.
- Click Yes, to save and update.
