If you are a link-out provider and collecting bookings directly, you need to enter the bookings into Nabooki to have the voucher redeemed and paid-out.
You should validate vouchers as soon as practical and within 24 hours to reduce the voucher being used elsewhere.
How to enter the booking in Nabooki and Validate Vouchers
Go to the Schedule Module > Calendar from the left side menu.
Scroll through the available dates on your calendar and click on the schedule slot for the first day of the booking.
For example:
If the Voucher Holder books with you from 10th December - 15th December, You need to create the booking on the 10th of December.
In the booking window that appears, click Add Booking
On the new booking window, there are a few sections to fill in:
Select the right option You will need to select the type of voucher the booking is for to redeem the voucher - e.g $100 Voucher Redemption etc This step is important, click the dropdown and select the right option or voucher that will be applied. 100A = $100 Voucher Redemption 200A = $200 Voucher Redemption 500A = $500 Voucher Redemption If you do not select the right option, the verify voucher code field does not appear.
Enter Promo Code Enter and Verify the Promo Code, before adding customer detail Enter Customer detailsYou will need to enter, first name, last name, mobile and email. Enter Number of nightsUse the dropdown field to select the number of nights. Enter Total Price before voucher appliedPlease add the total price of the booking. If there are extra details, for example additional guests, or other extras, you can include this in comments and internal comments.
You can choose if you want to send the guest a confirmation email, or use do not send confirmation if this has been sent from your direct platform.
Once all required details are filled in, click Add Booking to confirm.
Troubleshooting: Can't add the booking?
If you cannot add the booking it may be due to:
Blocked-out dates
Voucher code is not valid
Go back and check your blocked out dates or contact the customer directly to obtain their voucher code.
