Delete a single session or event

Delete a single session without affecting any other dates. This is useful for public holidays, staff unavailability, or low attendance.

Before You Start

  1. If the session has existing bookings and you don't want customers to receive a cancellation notification, manually cancel or move each individual booking before deleting the session.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Go to Schedule > Calendar
  2. Navigate to the date of the session you want to cancel.
  3. Click on the session to open the session details.
  4. Click Delete Schedule.
  5. If the session has existing bookings, a confirmation prompt will appear — click Yes to confirm.

📝Note: If the session contains existing bookings, all affected customers will automatically receive a cancellation notification. If you do not want customers to receive a cancellation notification, you must first manually cancel or move each individual booking before deleting the schedule.
