How to Cancel Multiple Bookings at Once


Manually cancelling bookings one at a time can be time-consuming. Nabooki provides a quick way to cancel multiple bookings at once using the Bookings List or the Customer Profile.

Option 1: Cancel Multiple Bookings from the Bookings List

1️⃣ Navigate to Sales > Bookings from the left-hand menu.
2️⃣ Go to the Upcoming Bookings tab.
3️⃣ Select the bookings you need to cancel.
4️⃣ Click the Cancel Bookings button.

InfoNote: You can only select Active bookings (Confirmed, Pending, or Pencilled-in).


Option 2: Cancel Multiple Bookings for a Specific Customer

1️⃣ Navigate to CRM > Customers.
2️⃣ Locate the customer and click Edit.
3️⃣ Select the Bookings tab.
4️⃣ In the Current Bookings section, select the bookings to cancel.
5️⃣ Click the Cancel Bookings button.




Alert
Important: Bulk cancellations apply only to bookings displayed on the current page. If the list extends to multiple pages, repeat the process for each page.

Will customers be notified when I cancel their bookings?
Yes, if customer notifications are enabled in your settings, they will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
Can I cancel all bookings for a specific schedule or time slot?

Can customers cancel their own bookings in bulk?

No, customers can only cancel their bookings one at a time via their booking confirmation email or customer portal.
