How to cancel multiple selected bookings at once

When you have multiple bookings to cancel, the process of cancelling one at a time is time consuming. Fortunately, there is now a simple option to cancel multiple selected bookings at once and speed up the procedure.

Using the left navigation menu, go to CRM > Bookings > Current bookings tab only > select the booking/s that needs cancellation > Cancel Bookings button.

The multi-select bookings are only applicable for ACTIVE bookings (including Confirmed, Pending, and Pencilled-in).



Alternatively, to cancel multiple bookings for a specific customer, go to CRM Customers > Bookings > Current bookings tab only.



Limitation of selection of bookings only works per page. If you wish to cancel bookings on the 2nd page of either CRM > Bookings or CRM > Customers > Bookings tab, you need to do it separately.
