1️⃣ Navigate to Sales > Bookings from the left-hand menu.
2️⃣ Go to the Upcoming Bookings tab.
3️⃣ Select the bookings you need to cancel.
4️⃣ Click the Cancel Bookings button.

2️⃣ Locate the customer and click Edit.
3️⃣ Select the Bookings tab.
4️⃣ In the Current Bookings section, select the bookings to cancel.
5️⃣ Click the Cancel Bookings button.
No, customers can only cancel their bookings one at a time via their booking confirmation email or customer portal.
