How to Confirm Waitlist Bookings

Managing a waitlist allows your business to maximise bookings by filling empty spaces when customers cancel. When your class or event has sold out, use a waitlist to collect names of people still looking for spots or to gauge interest in adding additional sessions.

This article outlines how to confirm waitlist bookings using Nabooki's Agenda feature.

Step 1: Identify Waitlist Bookings

1️⃣ Navigate to 'Schedule' > 'Agenda' from the left-hand menu.

2️⃣ In the 'Status' column, look for bookings marked with an orange status indicator, which signifies waitlist bookings.

Step 2: Review and Confirm Waitlist Bookings

1️⃣ In the 'Action' column, click 'View schedule' to open the booking details window.

2️⃣ Waitlist bookings will have a warning indicator in the left column of the event window. Click the '•••' button to open the action menu.

3️⃣ Select 'Confirm Booking' to confirm the waitlist booking. The customer will receive an automatic notification, and the booking status will be updated to confirmed.
