🔹 Using the ‘+ Add Booking’ button – This follows the standard online booking process and will require payment if activated.
🔹 Selecting a timeslot manually – This is ideal for walk-ins or bookings without immediate payment.
1️⃣ Click Schedule from the left-hand menu.
2️⃣ Select Calendar to view your schedule.
3️⃣ Choose the date and timeslot for the booking.
📌 If the booking is for a class or group session, select the existing schedule.
1️⃣ Click + Add Booking at the top left of the Calendar.
2️⃣ This will open the booking widget, just as a customer would see it.
3️⃣ Select the service and date/time.
4️⃣ Enter the customer’s details.
5️⃣ If payments are activated for the service selected, enter the customer’s credit card details to complete the booking.
6️⃣ Click Confirm Booking to finalise.
✅The booking is now completed.
1️⃣ In the calendar, click the desired timeslot on the correct date.
2️⃣ In the 'Add new' window that appears, ensure you are on the Booking tab at the top.
3️⃣ Select the relevant Staff or Resource assigned to the service from the dropdown menu.
4️⃣ Select the relevant Service from dropdown menu that appears after the Staff/Resource is selected.
5️⃣ Enter the customer’s name and contact number (email is optional but recommended for notifications).
6️⃣ Select the booking status (Confirmed or Pencilled-In).
7️⃣ Select to send the booking confirmation by email or SMS.
8️⃣ Press Add Booking to save.
✅ The booking is now added to the calendar!
1️⃣ Locate the scheduled session in the Calendar.
2️⃣ Click to open the event window.
3️⃣ Click the + Add Booking button.
4️⃣ Enter the customer’s details.
5️⃣ Click Confirm Booking to finalise.
✅ The booking is now added to the session!
📌 Note: You can also use Method 1 to add customers to scheduled sessions.
If you require immediate payment, use Method 1 (+ Add Booking). If you need to hold a spot without upfront payment, use Method 2 (selecting a timeslot manually). For group bookings like classes, use Method 3 (Adding a Booking to a Scheduled Session).
