There are two ways to find the booking you need to modify or cancel:
1️⃣ Go to Schedule > Calendar from the left-hand menu.
2️⃣ Select the correct date of the booking or use the search field.
3️⃣ Click on the booking you want to modify or cancel.
1️⃣ Go to Sales > Bookings from the left-hand menu.
2️⃣ Use the search bar to find the customer or booking reference.
3️⃣ Click on the booking you want to modify or cancel and then select View booking at the top of the sidebar that opens.
1️⃣ Open the booking details window.
2️⃣ Click Change booking to make changes.
3️⃣ Adjust the date, time, service, staff member, or other details as needed.
4️⃣ Click Update to confirm changes.
1️⃣ Open the booking details window.
2️⃣ Click Cancel booking.
3️⃣ A confirmation window will appear, giving you options:
4️⃣ Click Yes to proceed.
If the booking is part of an event schedule (with multiple bookings):
1️⃣ Go to Schedule > Calendar and select the event.
2️⃣ A list of customer bookings for that event will appear.
3️⃣ Locate the customer whose booking needs to be modified or cancelled.
4️⃣ Click the Action Menu (three horizontal dots) next to their name.
5️⃣ Select Cancel Booking or Change Booking from the menu to proceed.
Refunds are not processed automatically when a booking is cancelled. If a customer is eligible for a refund, you will need to manually process it through your payment gateway.
