How to Rearrange the Order of Services and Categories in the Booking Widget


Customising the order of services and categories helps improve the customer experience by displaying your most important offerings first in the booking widget.

Follow the steps below to update the order in which services and categories appear in the 'All Services' booking widget.

Notes
Please note: Setup must be complete and greater than 1 service is required.

Step 1: Access Your Service List

1️⃣ Navigate to Inventory > Services from the left-hand menu.
2️⃣ You will see a list of all your services. If you have categories, these will also be displayed.

Step 2: Reorder Services and Categories

1️⃣ To reorder services: Click and hold the drag handle (☰) next to the service name, then drag it to the desired position.
2️⃣ To reorder categories: Click and hold the drag handle (☰) next to a category name, then drag it to change the order.
3️⃣ Changes are automatically saved, and the updated order will be reflected in your booking widget.

Tip: The order of services within a category can also be customised by dragging them into the preferred position under that category.

Please note: Service options and sub-options cannot be moved independently, you must select the service or a category.



Troubleshooting & FAQs

Why don’t I see categories in my service list?
Categories will only appear if they have been assigned to at least one service. Learn more: What Are Categories and How to Use Them.
Will changing the order affect my availability settings?
No, rearranging services and categories only affects how they appear in the booking widget. Your availability settings remain unchanged.
Can I hide services from the booking widget instead of reordering them?
Yes, you can mark services as Visible Online in the advanced settings in the General tab of the service to hide it from the 'All Services' booking widget.
