Managing your business hours

From the Locations page you can update your address, contact details, and operating hours — and add extra locations if your business operates from more than one place. This guide walks you through managing your business hours and setting up block-outs or close dates. 

Before You Start:
  1. If you need to edit your business address and details, head to this article - Update your business address and details. 

To edit your business hours:

  1. Go to Settings > Locations 
  2. Click the action button (•••) and Edit hours. 
  3. You can adjust opening and closing hours for each day of the week. 
  4. Click Update to save. 


To add block-out dates: 

  1. Go to Settings > Locations > Hours tab. 
  2. Click Blockout and select the relevant dates
  3. Click Update to save. 
📝 Note: Blockout dates override your standard business hours. Customers will not be able to book online on those dates.


💡Tip: You can also close online bookings for a specific date by clicking this button  
Once closed, your customers will be directed to call you to check availability and make bookings for the selected date (see below).




Troubleshooting & FAQs

Do I need to add a location if I only have one business address?
No, your primary business location is automatically set up in Nabooki during your intial onboarding. You can edit the details at any time.
Can customers select their preferred location when booking?
Yes, if you have multiple locations, customers will be prompted to choose a location before completing their booking.
How do I temporarily close a location?
You can add blockout dates under Settings > Locations > Blockout tab or deactivate the location until you’re ready to reopen.
