Organise or reorder your services

Organise or reorder your services

You can control the order in which services and categories appear on your booking page by dragging them into your preferred position. This is useful for making sure your most important or popular services are easy to find.

Before you start
  1. You need at least two services set up in Nabooki before you can reorder them.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Go to Inventory > Services in the left navigation menu.
  2. Find the service or category you want to move.
  3. Click and hold the drag handle (the grid icon) to the left of the service or category name.
  4. Drag it to the position you want and release.
  5. Repeat for any other services or categories you want to reorder.

Changes save automatically β€” the updated order will appear on your booking page straight away.

πŸ’‘ Tip: To reorder services within a category, drag them into position within that category using the same drag handle.

πŸ“ Notes: You can only reorder services and categories β€” not sub-services. Sub-services follow the order of the parent service.




Troubleshooting & FAQs

Why don’t I see categories in my service list?
Categories will only appear if they have been assigned to at least one service. Learn more: What Are Categories and How to Use Them.
Will changing the order affect my availability settings?
No, rearranging services and categories only affects how they appear in the booking widget. Your availability settings remain unchanged.
Can I hide services from the booking widget instead of reordering them?
Yes, you can mark services as Visible Online in the advanced settings in the General tab of the service to hide it from the 'All Services' booking widget.
