Step 1: Set up your account & business profile

Create your account and configure the core details that appear across your booking page and communications.

  • Configure your location and business hours

1. Sign up for your free trial

Head to nabooki.com and click Get Started. Enter your details to create your account. You’ll then be taken into your account to start setting up.

2. Set your business details

Once you’re logged in, go to Settings > Business details. Fill in:

  • Business name

  • Website URL (if you have one)

  • Upload your logo (PNG or JPG, square recommended)

  • Any social media links

This information appears on your booking page, confirmation emails, and invoices, so make sure it’s accurate.

3. Configure your location business hours

Still in Settings, go to Locations > Click the three dot action menu button to edit location. Update your:

  1. Business address or service area
  2. Phone number
  3. Timezone
Click on Continue to configure your business hours standard operating hours for each day of the week. You can also:
  • Mark specific days as closed

Your availability on the booking page will automatically reflect these hours.
