Step 2: Add your services & pricing

Step 2: Add your services & pricing

Build out your service menu — everything your customers can book through Nabooki.
What you’ll do in this step
  • Add each service you offer

  • Set pricing, duration, and availability

  • Assign staff or resources

  • Configure booking preferences

  • Add pricing categories and packages (if applicable)

1. Add your first service

Go to Inventory > Services in your dashboard and click + Add Service to add your first service.

For each service, you’ll enter:
  • Service name and description

  • Duration (e.g. 60 minutes)

  • Price (or set it as free)

  • Buffer time before or after (e.g. 15 mins for clean-up or travel)

Repeat this for every service you want customers to be able to book.

  2. Configure general tab

2. Assign staff or resources

If your service requires a specific staff member, room, vehicle, or piece of equipment, assign it to the service. Go to Resources & Staff and add each one, then link them to the relevant services.

Nabooki will only show available time slots where the assigned staff or resource is free.

3. Set up availability

Go to the Availability tab within each service. You can:

  • Control when customers can book.

  • Create schedules.

  • Create multi-day services.

  • Block out specific dates.

4. Configure booking preferences

Go to the Booking preferences tab and configure settings. You can:

  • Set minimum and maximum advance booking windows (e.g. must book at least 24 hours ahead).

  • Set your payment settings.

  • Add booking form and confirmation messages.

5. Optional: Pricing categories and packages

If you offer different price tiers (e.g. adult/child, member/non-member), set these up under Pricing Categories within the service.

If you offer multi-session passes or class packages, go to Packages and create them separately. These can then be linked to eligible services.

💡 Not sure if you need packages?

If customers purchase sessions in bulk or in advance (e.g. ‘10 yoga classes’ or a ‘monthly pool pass’), you’ll want to set up packages as sub-services or service options. If it’s always a single booking, skip this for now.
