2️⃣ Select Calendar.
3️⃣ Locate and click the scheduled class or event that needs to be cancelled.
1️⃣ In the event window that opens, click Cancel Event.
2️⃣ A confirmation window will appear, stating that:
🔹 All bookings will be cancelled.
🔹 Customers can be notified imediately can via email, SMS or both.
3️⃣ Click Yes to proceed.

Yes, when cancelling an event, you will be given the option to notify customers via email, SMS, or both. Alternatively, you can choose to cancel the event without sending a notification.

No, once an event is cancelled, it cannot be restored. You will need to create a new event and rebook customers if needed.
If you remove bookings manually before cancelling the event, you can choose whether or not to notify each customer. Once all bookings are removed, cancelling the event will simply close it without sending notifications.
