Nabooki sends automated emails when a booking is made, modified, or cancelled. Go to Settings > Notifications and review Business notifications & Customer Notification tabs to ensure emails are sent the the expected email address and you are happy with the customer notification settings.

SMS reminders are one of the most effective ways to reduce no-shows. Go to Settings > Notifications and:
Enable SMS reminders
Set the timing (e.g. 24 hours before the booking)
You'll need to purchase SMS credits if you want to use this option.

If you manage your schedule in Google Calendar, you can activate two-way sync so that Nabooki bookings appear in your calendar and your calendar blocks are reflected in Nabooki availability. Go to Add-ons > Google Calendar and follow the authorisation prompts.
If you offer virtual consultations or online sessions, connect your Zoom account under Add-ons > Zoom. Nabooki will automatically generate a unique Zoom link for each booking and include it in the confirmation email.
Nabooki connects to hundreds of apps via Zapier, including Mailchimp, HubSpot, Xero, and more. Go to Add-ons and click Connect to get started. You’ll need a Zapier account.
