Adding a custom message to your booking confirmation emails is a great way to communicate important information directly to your customers. This message can include instructions, reminders, or any additional details customers need before their booking.
Using this feature helps reduce confusion, improve customer experience and ensures your customers are well-prepared.
1️⃣ Using the left navigation menu, go to Inventory > Services.
2️⃣ Select the service you want to add the custom message for and click Edit.
3️⃣ Navigate to the Booking Preferences tab.
1️⃣ Scroll down to the Customer Confirmation section.
2️⃣ Enter your custom message here. This message will be included in the booking confirmation email sent to customers for this service.
3️⃣ Use this space to include important details such as:
Pre-booking requirements (e.g., fill out a form, bring ID).
Payment instructions (e.g., settle payment before arrival).
Meeting points or specific arrival instructions.
Reminders about what to bring or wear.
4️⃣ Click Update to save your changes.
It appears within the booking confirmation email content, below the booking details section.
