How to setup and customise your invoice template

Please note: Account set up must be complete.


Nabooki gives you the ability to customise your invoice branding, add static text, hide/show business details on invoicing.

Using the left navigation menu, go to > Setup > Taxes & Invoicing > Invoicing tab



  • Invoice title

You can put a title of your choice on the Customer invoice.

Type the title in the Invoice title text field and just click on the Update button. This is an optional field and can be left empty.

 

  • Setting the invoice number

Just set a number of your choice once in in Next invoice number field and from here system will automatically allocate the next available number to the new invoice.

 

  • Hiding your business logo from an invoice

You have the option to show or hide your business logo on the Customer invoice. Just by clicking the checkbox Hide business logo? you can hide it.

By default, it’s not hidden.

 

  • Hiding your business name and address

You have the option to show or hide your business name and address on the customer invoice. Just by clicking the checkbox Hide business name and address? will hide this details.

By default, it’s not hidden. 

 

  • The business registration type

Enter your ‘Business registration type’ in the field provided and click Update. This is an optional field and can be left empty.

 

  • The business registration number

Enter your ‘Business registration number' in the field provided and click Update. This is an optional field and can be left empty.

 

  • Add terms and payment advice

You can add your payment terms/bank details or any other invoicing related comments in the Terms and payment advice field and it will appear on the customer invoice.
