Collecting authentic customer reviews is vital for building trust and improving your business. Nabooki helps you do this effortlessly by automatically sending verified feedback request emails only to customers who have made a booking with you. Unlike platforms like Google, where anyone can leave a review, Nabooki ensures that all reviews come from real, confirmed customers.
Each review is linked to a specific service, enabling customers to filter reviews by service type and helping you identify which services or staff members are performing well or may need attention.
Displaying these verified reviews on your main booking page using Nabooki’s review widget is a powerful way to build confidence in potential customers and increase booking conversions.
1️⃣ Using the left navigation menu, go to Settings > Notifications.
2️⃣ Switch to the Customer Notifications tab.
3️⃣ Tick the checkbox Send customer feedback email to enable the feature.
4️⃣ Set the timing for when the feedback email should be sent after the booking.
5️⃣ Click Update to save your changes.
To see feedback left by customers, navigate to CRM > Reviews from the left menu.
Alternatively, customer feedback can also be viewed directly from your business email inbox when they reply.
1️⃣ Navigate to Online Widgets > Reviews Widget.
2️⃣ Click Preview to open your review page.
3️⃣ Copy the URL from the web address bar to share or test.
Feature a Review: Click the heart (♥) icon to mark a review as featured, making it stand out among others.
View Review: Click this to open the booking ticket showing the customer’s review details.
You can also display your business’s Google Reviews alongside Nabooki reviews in the same widget.

Nabooki can automatically direct customers to leave Google Reviews immediately after they submit feedback through the Nabooki feedback form. This seamless process helps increase the number of Google reviews for your business without extra manual effort.
To simplify the process, customers are given the option to copy the details they entered in their Nabooki review and paste them into the Google Review form. This makes leaving a Google review faster and easier, encouraging more participation.
