For multiple booking services that operate on a fixed schedule, you may not always want to display the exact start time to customers. The Hide Bookable Timeslot feature allows you to remove the timeslot selection from the booking widget, so customers only choose the date and see if spots are available—rather than selecting a specific time.
This setting is useful when a service has only one scheduled session per day, and displaying the start time is unnecessary.
✅ Common Use Cases:
1️⃣ Go to Inventory > Services.
2️⃣ Click the ••• (three dots) action menu next to the service and select Edit.
3️⃣ Navigate to the Booking Preferences tab.
4️⃣ Locate the option "Hide Bookable Timeslot".
5️⃣ Select Yes to enable this setting.
6️⃣ Click Update to save changes.
📌 Once enabled, the booking widget will only display availability for the selected date without requiring customers to select a timeslot.
🔹 Instead of showing a start time selection, customers will only see available or unavailable dates.
