How to Hide a Schedule from Your Timetable Widget
Hiding a schedule from your timetable widget lets you keep it in your account without displaying it online. This gives you more control over what customers see, ensuring only the schedules you’re ready to offer are visible on your booking page.
Please note: Once a service is hidden online, the effect will vary:
There are two ways to hide schedules online:

For schedules created under the Availability section:
1️⃣ Go to the left navigation menu: Inventory > Services
2️⃣ Click the Action button next to the service you want to edit
3️⃣ Select Availability
4️⃣ Choose or create the schedule you want to hide
5️⃣ Tick the "Hide online" checkbox


In the example above, the Monday 10 AM schedule is hidden. This is how it will appear on the Timetable Widget:

For schedules created in the Calendar:
1️⃣ Navigate to the left menu: Schedule > Calendar
2️⃣ Select the schedule
3️⃣ Click the "Hide online" dropdown
4️⃣ Choose "Yes" and save your changes


In the example above, the schedule for Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025 at 1 AM is hidden. This is how it will appear on the Timetable Widget:
