How to Filter Active and Expired Services on the Services Page
Managing a growing list of services can be challenging, especially when some services have expired but still need to be referenced or reviewed. To improve usability and streamline this process, a dropdown filter on the Services page allows merchants to easily switch between viewing “Active Services” and “All Services” (including expired ones) 🔄.
Simplify Service Management ✅
Merchants managing a large number of services can toggle between only active services and the complete list, making it easier to focus on currently available offerings or review expired services when necessary.
Key Benefits:
-
Improved Usability: Quickly narrow the view to only active services for daily management tasks or expand to include expired services 🛠️
-
Enhanced Organization: Maintain better oversight of all services without cluttering workflows 📋
-
Time-saving: Reduce the time spent searching through extensive service lists ⏱️
How to Use the Filter 🎯
From the left navigation menu, go to Inventory > Services. At the top of the services list, select the dropdown menu and choose “Active Services” to view only currently available services, or “All Services” to include expired ones.
