Integrating Kovena with Nabooki allows you to securely accept online payments from your customers during the booking process. Kovena allows you to create and link your account directly from within Nabooki. There's no need to register separately.
Kovena offers competitive merchant fees and multi-currency payment options to your customers, meaning that your customers can pay you in their local currency. Kovena currently offers your customers the choice of your local currency, Australian Dollars, New Zealand Dollars or Euros that can be selected by them at the Nabooki check-out. There is also the option to offer US Dollar payments if you undergo an additional onboarding process.
Follow the steps below to connect Kovena to your Nabooki account and activate online payments for your services.

Add a layer of security and reduce the risk of fraud during card-not-present transactions.
Choose your preferred settings:
• Apply 3DS to all transactions
• Apply 3DS under specified conditions
• Do not apply 3DS
To ensure the security and legitimacy of all transactions, complete the Customer Verification process:
Your application should be approved within 2 business days where the documentation you have provided Kovena is compliant. Kovena will keep you up to date on the progress of the onboarding and advise you once this has been completed. Please contact support@kovena.com if you have concerns over the time frames.
Note that you will not be able to transact online until your Kovena account is approved.
Once your application is approved, Kovena will advise you of the settlement terms and the payout time frames approved for your account.
