I Accidentally Cancelled My Subscription—What Should I Do?

😱 Accidentally clicked ‘Cancel Account’? Don’t worry! If your cancellation has not yet taken effect, you can stop it before your billing cycle ends.

Step 1: Check Your Subscription Status

1️⃣ Log into your Nabooki account.
2️⃣ Click your profile icon (head icon) in the top-right corner.
3️⃣ Navigate to Billing.
4️⃣ Select the View Plan tab and look for the button Don't cancel subscription.

 If your cancellation has not yet taken effect, you can still reverse it.

Step 2: Stop the Cancellation

1️⃣ Under your subscription details, click 'Don’t cancel subscription'.
2️⃣ Confirm your selection.

✅ Your subscription will remain active, and your plan will renew as usual.

If Your Cancellation Has Already Taken Effect

🔹 If your account has already been downgraded to the Free Plan, you can re-subscribe anytime by selecting a new plan in Subscription & Billing.
🔹 If you fully cancelled your account and lost access, please contact support@nabooki.com to discuss reactivation options.

📌 Your data remains available if you were downgraded, so you can easily pick up where you left off!
