Enabling customer feedback emails

Customer feedback emails let you automatically collect reviews from customers after their booking is complete. This guide walks you through enabling feedback emails, viewing the responses, and displaying reviews on your website using the Reviews Widget.

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications.
  2. Select the Customer Notifications tab.
  3. Tick the Send customer feedback email checkbox.
  4. Set how long after a booking the email should be sent.
📝 Note: Each review is linked to a specific service, so customers can filter reviews by service type. This can help you identify which services are performing well.
