How to Remove a Promo Code from an Existing Booking
If a promo code has been applied to a booking and needs to be removed (for example, due to a customer request or error), Nabooki allows you to easily remove it from the existing booking.
Step 1: Open the Booking Ticket
1️⃣ Using the left navigation menu, go to Schedule > Calendar or Sales > Bookings.
2️⃣ Find and select the booking where the promo code was applied.
Step 2: Check the Payment Tab
1️⃣ In the booking details, navigate to the Payment tab.
2️⃣ Here you will see any promo code or gift voucher applied, along with the discount amount.
1️⃣ In the Discount section of the Payment tab, click the red “X” icon next to the discount to remove it.
2️⃣ The discount amount will disappear and the booking total will automatically recalculate.

Yes, simply remove it by clicking the red “X” next to the discount in the Payment tab and save the booking.
The amount owing will now be displayed and payment can be accepted.
Yes, the total recalculates automatically once the promo code is removed.
You can manually apply a promo code in the Payment tab by clicking the Apply code button and entering the valid code.
