Payment Collection Setup

When completing your submission, you may have selected to Collect remaining balance online or Collect remaining balance independently. We strongly recommend that all providers integrate a payment gateway (especially those with Instant Bookings) to reduce cancellation risks, avoid missed payments on arrival and ensure guests commit to their booking.

Collect remaining balance online

Nabooki allows payment integration with the following gateways. Please follow the links to connect your payment gateway:
  1. Stripe
  2. Braintree
  3. Eway
  4. Square
  5. Kovena (Recommended)
If you don't have a payment gateway provider, we recommend creating an account with Kovena.

Collect remaining balance independently

If you have chosen to collect the payment independently or on arrival, you must take responsibility for the collecting the payment.

Block-out dates

Blocking out dates stops bookings on selected days, for example - if you are at capacity, closed and do not want to take bookings.

There are two types of block outs:
  • Staff Blockout: Blocks out a specific offer (e.g Powered Site or Cabin /  Sunset Tour or Multi-Day Tour)

  • Location Blockout: Blocks out the whole location (e.g Closed for Christmas, no booking availability)

How to Block Out Dates

  1. Go to the Schedule Module > Calendar, on the menu in the left sidebar.
  2. Click the Blockout Button, in the top left corner next to filters.

  3. On the Blockout window, you can choose the Staff Blockout tab or Location Tab
If you are blocking out Staff (rooms/experiences), be sure to
click on the dropdown to select the right type

  4. Simply click on the dates you want to block out.
  5. Click Update to save.
To reverse these changes, click on the blocked-out date you want to reverse and click Update to save.
